Each area has an Depot Manager reporting to the Regional Manager and MD.

As well as being an operating depot, our Teesside depot is also the Head Office where all the central work is carried out such as Payroll and Accounts.

At present staff levels are in the region of 255 employees made up of drivers and collection operatives. We regularly require new drivers and collectors as existing rounds expand and new rounds won by Ward Recycling.
